Sticky slow cooker Crockpot BBQ meatballs

Homemade Barbecue Crockpot Meatballs in a Bowl

Procedure

Meatballs:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and shape into small meatballs. Approximately 1 teaspoon of meat per meatball, firmly shaped so they do not fall apart in the sauce. Heat a non-stick frying pan over meadium-high heat and add some oil. Cook meatballs until browned on the outside and entirely cooked through (425F for about 10-12 minutes.)

Once the meatballs are cooked, mix all sauce ingredients together in a 5-6 quart slow cooker. Add the meatballs and cook on low for 3-4 hours. The meatballs keep in the slow cooker for another 1-2 hours

Cooking tips: Do not open the crock pot while it is on.

There is no need to stir the meatballs, this could cause them to fall apart..
