Each animal is hand-selected to meet our stringent quality standards as well as those of our chefs. Our meats then feature prominently at the Fitch Ranch Café, located in Grandby, Colorado, where our farm-to-fork philosophy is brought to life through a menu of hearty breakfasts and mouthwatering lunches.
