Fitch Ranch Artisan Meats employs a 30-30-30-10 quality philosophy, focusing on every step from farm to table to ensure excellence. The first 30% assesses our cattle's genetics, upbringing, and environment, emphasizing stress-free, regenerative practices. The second 30% looks at humane processing, skilled butchery, and stringent food safety. The third 30% considers the end user's handling, from storage to cooking, ensuring the beef's quality is preserved until consumption. The final 10% rewards exceptionalism in any area, allowing for outstanding genetics or processing to uplift the final product, even if cooking is imperfect. This comprehensive approach, applicable to various products, highlights our dedication to maximizing quality at each stage.
From Pasture to Plate
At Fitch Ranch, we believe that quality begins at the source. We proudly raise Black Angus cattle, known for their high-quality, well-marbled, and flavorful beef. Each animal is hand-selected to meet our stringent quality standards as well as those of our chefs. Our meats then feature prominently at the Fitch Ranch Café, located in Grandby, Colorado, where our farm-to-fork philosophy is brought to life through a menu of hearty breakfasts and mouthwatering lunches.
